- Mail the invitations
- Begin a record of acceptances and regrets
- Confirm the details for your honeymoon

- Arrange a date and time for your wedding rehearsal
- Call all those who have not responded to the invitation,
finalize your guest list and arrange your seating plan for
your reception
- Make hair and make-up appointments

2 Weeks in Advance
- Attend your final fitting and then collect your dress
and accessories
- Pick-up your Wedding rings
- Purchase gifts for the bridal party and those who have
helped with the wedding
- Confirm all arrangements with your suppliers

1 Week in Advance
- Make an appointment with your Events Coordinator to finalize
guest number and deliver bonbonnieres, cake bags, guest
list and bridal party presents to your Function Coordinator
at this time
- Organize someone to take the wedding presents after the
reception
